Pickup Saturday Feb 22nd 3pm to 7pm, or by appointment on another day. We try to be flexible. However, if you've found everything you are looking for in this multi-day sale, then let us know and we'll get started on shipping, or you can head on over to our home office base and pick up your items. 438280 4th Line, Melancthon. We ship at cost via Canada Post / courier. Ammo must ship by UPS to a physical address (not a PO box). We aim to have items out the door within a week. We are NOT responsible for damage during shipping. If bidder requires insurance on their parcel, they must reply to their invoice email with request details. We can not ship items larger than Canada Post / courier allowances, i.e. 66 lbs. See their site for details. Winning bidder is responsible for shipping large items. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and the decision of the auctioneer relating to all matters is final. All sales are final and not subject to conditions. All merchandise is sold in an 'as is' condition without recourse to the vendor. All goods advertised or displayed are subject to withdrawal prior to sale within the discretion of the auctioneer. The Auctioneer may reject a bid at his discretion.
TERMS OF PAYMENT: All items purchased by bidders can be paid for with cash, debit, EMT, credit at the conclusion of the auction. If EMT hasn't been received by noon on pickup day, the credit card that bidders registered with will be used. There is a 3% fee if paying by credit. If you register for the sale with credit as your preferred method of payment, then send EMT instead, we will not be able to refund the difference. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges possible.
RESERVES: A few items will be sold with a reserve. Consignors are not authorized to bid on their own items nor have someone bid on their behalf. We reserve the right to withdraw any items or bids by the offending consignor.

All purchasers of firearms & ammo will require a Firearms Possession License issued by the Chief Firearms Officer of the residing province under the authority of the Firearms Act Statutes of Canada.
Invoices will be emailed at the end of the four day sale. Purchasers can pick up/arrange delivery/have items posted. All items shipped will be charged on an individual basis, based on weight and size per Canada Post / courier. We ship at cost. Ammo must ship by courier to a physical address (not a PO box).
If you are an American bidder please speak with us prior to bidding to discuss import and export expectations. U.S. Bidders have sole responsibility for their purchases.
