Each invoice will have GST/HST/PST added to the invoice based on the bidders provincial rates.

Pickup Saturday February 24th 10 to 5 or by appointment on another day. We try to be flexible. 438280 4th Line, Melancthon. We ship at cost via Canada Post / courier. Ammo must ship by courier to a physical address (not a PO box). We aim to have items out the door within a week. We are NOT responsible for damage during shipping. We can not ship items larger than Canada Post / courier allowances, i.e. 66 lbs. See their site for details. Winning bidder is responsible for shipping large items. Payment Details:
3% convenience fee will be added for credit card purchases. The 5% convenience fee is the Live Auction World / iCollector charge for on-line bidding. E-transfers, cash & debit save the 3% fee. If you register for the sale with credit as your preferred method of payment, then send EMT instead, we will not be able to refund the difference.
Shipping fee will be added once the Canada Post or courier charge is calculated. We will do our best to process and ship as quickly as possible. We are NOT responsible for damage during shipping. Thanks!!

The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and the decision of the auctioneer relating to all matters is final. All sales are final and not subject to conditions. All merchandise is sold in an 'as is' condition without recourse to the vendor. All goods advertised or displayed are subject to withdrawal prior to sale within the discretion of the auctioneer. The Auctioneer may reject a bid at his discretion.
TERMS OF PAYMENT: All items purchased by bidders can be paid for with cash, debit, EMT, credit at the conclusion of the auction. There is a 3% fee if paying by credit. If you register for the sale with credit as your preferred method of payment, then send EMT instead, we will not be able to refund the difference. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges possible.
RESERVES: A few items will be sold with a reserve. Consignors are not authorized to bid on their own items nor have someone bid on their behalf. We reserve the right to withdraw any items or bids by the offending consignor.
PLEASE NOTE: By completing the registration process for this auction, bidders acknowledge and agree to be added to our marketing list, receiving promotional email advertisements and text messages for future sales.
All purchasers of firearms & ammo will require a Firearms Possession License issued by the Chief Firearms Officer of the residing province under the authority of the Firearms Act Statutes of Canada.
Invoices will be emailed at the end of the four day sale. Purchasers can pick up/arrange delivery/have items posted. All items shipped will be charged on an individual basis, based on weight and size per Canada Post / courier. We ship at cost. Ammo must ship by courier to a physical address (not a PO box).
If you are an American bidder please speak with us prior to bidding to discuss import and export expectations. U.S. Bidders have sole responsibility for their purchases.
