Payment Details:
3% convenience fee will be added for credit card purchases. A low 5% convenience fee is the iCollector charge for on-line bidding on the farm equipment.
If you are the winning bidder on the real estate you will be charged a flat fee. That fee will be added to your invoice.
Contact will be made post auction for shipping payment.

The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and the decision of the auctioneer relating to all matters is final. All sales are final and not subject to conditions. The Auctioneer may reject a bid at his discretion.
TERMS OF PAYMENT: All items purchased by bidders can be paid for with Cash or Visa or Mastercard or EMT at the conclusion of the auction. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges possible.
RESERVES: Some items will be sold with a reserve. The Auctioneer will announce which items have a reserve prior to the start of bidding. Consignors are not authorized to bid on their own items nor have someone bid on their behalf. We reserve the right to withdraw any items or bids by the offending consignor.
