Pickup Sat. May 9th, 10am to 4pm, or by appointment on another day. We try to be flexible. 438280 4th Line, Melancthon. Shipping fees must be paid by credit. If bidder requires insurance on their parcel, they must reply to their invoice email with request details. We can not ship items larger than Canada Post / courier allowances, (i.e. 66 lbs). See their sites for details. Winning bidder is responsible for shipping large items. Contact Kidd Family Auctions regarding pickup/delivery/shipping details with questions prior to bidding. While we pack with care, we are not responsible for damage during transit and cannot offer refunds on shipped items.
U.S. BIDDERS: Due to U.S. postal tariffs (effective Sept 2025), we are unable to ship to the United States. If a U.S. bidder wins an item, payment is still required. Buyers have two options: (1) arrange their own shipping via Canada Post by providing a prepaid label, or (2) work with us to resell the item in a future auction, at which point the buyer becomes the consignor. A 3% fee applies to credit card purchases. The 5% convenience fee is the Live Auction World / iCollector charge for online bidding. EMT (e-transfer), cash, & debit avoid the 3% fee. Please send EMT payments to Lyn@KiddFamilyAuctions.com. If EMT is not received by noon on pickup day, the credit card that bidders registered with will be charged. The 3% credit card processing fees are non-refundable. If you register for the sale with credit as your preferred method of payment, then send EMT instead, we will not be able to refund the difference.
SHIPPING FEE: Shipping fees are added once Canada Post/courier rates are confirmed and must be paid by credit card. While we pack with care, we are not responsible for damage in transit and cannot offer refunds for shipping-related issues.
CONSIGNOR PURCHASES: If a consignor is the highest bidder on a lot in the auction, the purchase amount will be deducted from their consignor proceeds. No separate payment is required.

Bidders are responsible for inspecting items and determining suitability prior to bidding. Due to the prevalence of reproductions and forgeries, Kidd Family Auctions cannot guarantee authenticity, markings, or signatures. Catalog descriptions may contain errors. Kidd Family Auctions assumes no liability for errors or omissions, and bidders agree that no claims, disputes, or legal action will be made regarding authenticity or condition.
RESERVES: A few items may carry a reserve. Consignors are not authorized to bid on their own items nor have someone bid on their behalf. We reserve the right to withdraw items or bids from any consignor in violation of this policy.
REGISTRATION: By registering, you consent to receive marketing communications (i.e. text message & email advertisement) from Kidd Family Auctions. You may unsubscribe at any time. By registering and placing a bid, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and are entering into a legally binding contract.
